This is a view of the River running between Winchelsea and Rye. Martin, Charlie, Tony and I walked along here a week or so ago.
As you may know - I love Rye. This is an area just outside of town that I dont know that well. This is only only a few miles from Winchelsea Beach, where, in the early sixties my Dad and I would search for 'Beach Diamonds' - pieces of glass smoothed by the sea.
